Cornetta's Marina will open May 15 to October 15
To ensure a berth space for the summer, you may stop by to sign the summer contract.
A copy of the boat registration and insurance policy and payment in full must be received by March 1.
With every assigned slip we will provide a parking sticker (One car per boat slip). Cars with stickers will be permitted to park at Cornettas and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Extension to the contract:
No fires of any type will be permitted while the boat is at the dock.
Due to the fire hazard gasoline may not be transported on the dock.
All power boats must have mufflers for noise prevention.
Any person changing the oil in their boat shall remove it from the property for disposal.
All vessels must be tied up securely with the proper size lines. (minimum 1/2-inch nylon line)
Various types of equipment including dock boxes are not permitted to be left on the docks.
The dockage rates for 2009
New break wall min size 34 feet $75.00 per foot
Old breakwall min. size 30 feet $75.00 per foot
Second Dock min.size 26 feet outside $73.00 per foot
min. size 25 feet inside $73.00 per foot
Third Dock min.size 24 feet inside $73.00 per foot
min. size 22 feet outside $73.00 per foot
Fourth Dock min. size 20 feet inside $67.00 per foot
min. size 18 feet outside $67.00 per foot
Dinghy Dock $150.00 per season
For your convenience an on site mechanic is available for your repair needs.
